Bagatelle bakes every day, including Sunday, to provide our community with the freshest baked goods and we have a daily turnover of our products. We are a scratch bakery, meaning we have complete control over all ingredients.

Our artisan bakers work all night making, fermenting, and handcrafting
a variety of breads that are baked in our hearth deck oven with the steam required to give it the crust and color of perfectly developed bread. We only use the freshest ingredients with no preservatives. Bread variety and availability changes, so please call for specific needs. Also inquire about seasonal specialties.
